DES MOINES, IA (January 7, 2015) -- Top 70 credit card agent issuer TMG Financial Services (TMGFS) today announced the addition of four key employees to the company’s growing team.
Heather Dingman has joined TMGFS as operations coordinator. She brings a wealth of customer service experience to the company, ranging from retail to call center capabilities. Dingman most recently held a claims examiner position for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Coming to TMGFS from DuPont Pioneer, where he served as a distribution administration analyst, Chad Cruzen has been hired as implementation specialist for the agent issuer. In this role, he will lead the on-boarding of new partners, which include credit unions, community banks and other member-based organizations.
Jennifer McGinley, joining TMGFS as client service representative, comes to the agent issuer from U.S. Bank. With more than eight years in retail banking, she has an innate understanding of what it takes to make customers happy and will apply that skill at TMGFS.
Hired as credit analyst, David Racki previously held a variety of positions with Wells Fargo, serving most recently as an underwriter. During his tenure with the bank, Racki earned a series of performance awards, including top underwriter and several top production awards.
