TMG Financial Services hires, promotes credit card personnel

DES MOINES, IA (March 5th, 2014) -- Top 100 credit card agent issuer TMG Financial Services (TMGFS) today announced the addition of one and promotion of seven key employees who will work to support the company’s rapid growth and intense focus on delivering partner value.

Eric Schurr, formerly vice president of credit and risk, has been promoted to chief strategy officer. In this role, Schurr will assist in the formation, development and implementation of TMGFS’ strategies and policies. He will also work to ensure the company’s organizational structure is designed to support TMGFS’ strategic plan.

Aimee Dunn, formerly operations manager, has been promoted to director of operations. Dunn will oversee the collections, client services, fraud and project management departments.

Promoted from senior financial analyst to financial planning and analysis manager, Lance Kettering will develop and execute TMGFS’ financial planning system to ensure the company is adequately gauging its financial performance. He will be responsible for identifying future trends, developing strategic responses to those trends and setting and assessing financial goals.

Promoted from credit and risk manager to credit and risk group manager, Corey Skadburg is responsible for managing the acquisition and ongoing risk of TMGFS’ consumer, business and corporate credit card portfolios.

Now in the position of collections analyst team lead, Jessica Hill’s promotion gives her responsibility for the management of daily activities within the collections area. Based on data analytics, Hill also makes recommendations on management of account delinquencies. She was a collections analyst II.

Newly promoted to manager of client services, Angie Pedersen will provide operational support, leadership and coaching to TMGFS’ client service team. She will focus on internal and external training, maintaining quality service levels and securing the highest level of partner satisfaction.

Formerly an underwriting coordinator, Aubrey Ward has moved to her new position of credit analyst. Ward will process all inquiries and stipulations TMGFS receives from its partners and cardmembers. She is also responsible for responding to all partner application questions, including decisioning.

New to the TMGFS team, Megan Riddle will serve as project specialist. Riddle joins the company from the Dallas, Texas, AT&T Performing Arts Center where she served as sponsorship services and events manager. In between supporting TMGFS’ partners throughout the credit card conversion or start-up process, Riddle will assist the TMGFS operations team with a variety of projects.
