Two more credit unions invest in Texas CUSO

(March 13, 2014) — SPCO Credit Union and Houston Highway Credit Union are the two most recent credit unions to join  the  several  others  as  investors  in  CU  Alliance,  LLC;  a  Houston  CUSO  (Credit  Union  Service  Organization).
