Ulmer and Anderson Join SWBC
SAN ANTONIO, TX (December 3, 2012) – SWBC announced today that Mark Ulmer and Timothy Anderson have joined the company.
Mark Ulmer joins the company as Executive Vice President of Operations for The Financial Institution (F.I.) Group. In this role, he will be responsible for the oversight of our service center and the day-to-day operations in support of the F.I. Group and Mortgage and Bank divisions’ Loan Risk Management (LRM) programs. Ulmer will also be responsible for customer service, document management, insurance escrow processing and distribution, as well as training and quality control.
Ulmer has more than 30 years of experience encompassing strategic planning, sales management, systems design, credit administration, product management, process engineering, risk management, servicing, operations, and organizational effectiveness. Before joining SWBC, he worked for Bank of America Home Loans, holding a number of senior management positions. He has a bachelor of arts degree in business/marketing and a master of business administration degree with a concentration in management from California State University, San Bernardino.
Timothy Anderson joins SWBC as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this role, he will oversee the company’s marketing department, as well as search engine optimization, social media planning and implementation, and developing overall online marketing strategies.
Anderson has more than 17 years of marketing and business development experience working with Internet, telecommunications, and publishing companies targeting consumers and small- to medium-sized businesses. Prior to joining SWBC, he was COO at Bid4Spots, an online advertising exchange, where he helped the company surpass Google to become the leader in selling excess radio advertising inventory online. Before that, he was Director of Business Development at j2 Global Communications, where he was responsible for a $20 million annual integrated marketing campaign including SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, online advertising, behavioral targeting, mobile advertising, ad networks, email and lead generation, print, radio, and cable television advertising. Anderson has a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA and a master of business administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
