United Health Credit Union signs offers new benefit for members and community through MOGL

BURLINGAME, CA (January 7, 2014) — United Health Credit Union has joined with the restaurant loyalty program MOGL which allows members to cash in on dining visits.  MOGL gives members 10% back for eating at their favorite restaurants, while donating meals in the community. Through the Meal for a Meal program with Feeding America, MOGL and its members help area food banks to feed the hungry.

“MOGL reflects the credit union philosophy of giving back to the community,” said Linda White, CEO of United Health Credit Union. “Members can visit a variety of restaurants in Burlingame and the Bay area, while fighting hunger with hunger.”

MOGL seamlessly offers cash-back to consumers every time they use their own registered debit or credit card at thousands of participating restaurants throughout California.  Members may then choose how much they want to donate for a food bank to distribute meals to the hungry.  Every 20-cents donated provides one meal.
