United Heritage CU Named as Top Workplace in Austin

Employees Vote United Heritage a Top Workplace

AUSTIN, Texas (November 19, 2012) – United Heritage Credit Union was named this week as a 2012 Top Workplace in the greater Austin area, according to an employee survey project sponsored by the Austin-American Statesman and WorkplaceDynamics, a Pennsylvania-based employee engagement research firm. This marks the third consecutive year United Heritage has been awarded the Top Workplace honor.

WorkplaceDynamics surveyed United Heritage employees and asked them to anonymously evaluate the organization on aspects such as the quality of leadership, how employees are treated and compensated, if the work is rewarding and other important factors related to job satisfaction. The overwhelmingly positive survey responses ranked United Heritage ninth among the top thirty mid-sized businesses in the Austin area.

It’s wonderful to know that our employees feel valued and are proud to work for United Heritage.
