Universal 1 Credit Union today announced the appointment of Emily Broughton as its new Chief Growth Officer (CGO), a strategic executive role designed to accelerate enterprise growth, deepen member and business relationships, and strengthen the organization’s presence in the communities it serves.
Reporting directly to the President/CEO, Broughton will lead an integrated growth strategy spanning marketing, brand development, member and business engagement, community presence, and demand generation. Her appointment reflects Universal 1’s continued commitment to evolving its leadership structure to support long-term growth, organizational clarity, and market relevance.
