University Credit Union promotes senior managers
ORONO, ME (November 28, 2014) — Matthew J. Walsh, President/CEO of University Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotions of four senior managers: Deb White-Rideout promoted from Vice President of Operations and Human Resources to Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources, Renee Ouellette promoted from Vice President of Finance and Technology to Senior Vice President of Finance and Technology, April Gleason promoted from Assistant Vice President of Lending to Vice President of Lending and Eileen Byram promoted from Assistant Vice President of Risk Management to Vice President of Risk Management. Walsh stated, “These members of the Senior Management team have worked hard throughout their tenure at UCU in guiding the Credit Union through the growth and successes that we have achieved.”
Deb White-Rideout joined the Credit Union in 2005 and Human Resource Manager. Four months later she was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Human Resources. For the past eight years she has led the Credit Union in new product offerings, services and all operational and HR aspects the Credit Union. Deb works out of the 15 Main Street, Orono office and resides in the greater Bangor area.
Renee Ouellette joined UCU in 2009 as Vice President of Finance and Technology. Since then, Renee has managed the Credit Union’s financial performance and works to maintain security through information technology projects. Renee works out of the 15 Main Street, Orono office and resides in the greater Bangor area.
April Gleason joined the Credit Union in 2003 as a loan processor and was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Lending in 2009 after holding several other positions within the Credit Union. April oversees UCU’s consumer lending, real estate lending and the regulatory compliance with all lending practices. April works out of the Scarborough office and resides in the greater Portland area.
Eileen Byram joined UCU in 2010 as Assistant Vice President of Risk Management. Eileen helps the Credit Union assess and eliminate unnecessary risks to UCU from an Enterprise Risk Management standpoint. Eileen works out of the 15 Main Street, Orono office and resides in the greater Bangor area
