Vermont Federal Credit Union is offering an unprecedented array of consumer products and loan options to aid its members during the COVID-19 crisis.

Some of the offerings include a Relief Loan of up to $2,500 for members who are experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19.  This loan is available for qualified members and has an annual percentage rate of 1% and a 24-month term.

In addition, Vermont Federal Credit Union is offering Flexible Loan Repayment options across all of their loan products, including mortgage, auto, commercial and student loans.  Each member is encouraged to contact the credit union to discuss their unique situation.

Finally, as part of the relief package, the credit union is offering credit limit increases as well as 0% APR on consolidated credit card debt for six months for qualifying members.

“In times like this, it is important that our members know that we are there for them” said Jean Giard, CEO.  “The publically stated mission of our credit union is to make a decided difference in the lives of our members.  In this unprecedented time, we hope this relief package will do just that”.

Vermont Federal Credit Union remains open and their staff is available and ready to assist members through their call-center and branch drive-thru services.
