Volunteerism is how we Vibe: Vibe Credit Union started 2023 strong

NOVI, MI (February 21, 2023) — Vibe Credit Union jumped into the new year the best way they knew how – volunteering at their favorite charities. Each department or branch had the opportunity to pick a charity for their
team to support. With over 250 employees, they had an abundance of helping hands.

By the end of January, Vibe staff volunteered at over 31 charitable organizations. The charities vary in services across the tri-county area, including food pantries, family services, animal
rescues, etc. In addition to supporting these volunteer efforts, Vibe made a $500 donation to each of the charities, totaling $15,500 to help organizations meet their needs.

“Our staff is so thankful for the chance to connect with local charitable organizations. Volunteerism is how we vibe!” said Linda Smith, Community Engagement Coordinator.

The future for Vibe’s community involvement is very bright. Their goal is to impact the communities they serve more than ever before. They have rolled out a new Employee
Volunteer Program that will contribute over 2,000 volunteer hours to non-profit organizations
in 2023.
