Michael Alexander joins elite group of individuals inducted into inaugural Hall of Fame with investment program’s broker dealer
HOUSTON, TX (September 10, 2014) -- First Service Credit Union (FSCU) announced Senior Financial Advisor Michael Alexander, a registered investment representative affiliated with broker dealer and Registered Investment Adviser CUSO Financial Services, LP (CFS), was recognized and honored for his abundant contributions to the investment services industry by being inducted into CFS’s inaugural 2014 Hall of Fame. The ceremony was held as part of the “Powered by Passion” 2014 Annual Conference held by CFS and its sister company Sorrento Pacific Financial, LLC (SPF) in San Diego, CA. Alexander joined eight other individuals inducted into the 2014 Hall of Fame.
According to CFS, induction into the Hall of Fame identifies Alexander and other inductees as an elite group of high-caliber professionals. To be eligible for induction, advisors had to have ranked as a Gold Pacesetter by reaching set levels of production for at least ten years, or to have been the top CFS advisor of the year at least once. Alexander has achieved Gold Pacesetter level production for 10 years and has ranked as the top CFS advisor of the year once.
“Our Hall of Fame inductees have such a passion for what they do, extraordinary levels of experience, and tremendous successes,” said Valorie Seyfert, CFS and SPF president and CEO. “Michael and the other inductees exemplify the pinnacle of the investment services industry. We are so thankful for their stellar service to clients, and are proud to recognize them with this honor.”
Alexander has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years. Working as a team with his daughter Brandy to provide the best customer service, he has served FSCU members for four years and worked with members of another CFS client credit union for several years prior. The FSCU investment services program serves clients at 13 branches throughout the Houston, Texas community. In addition to Alexander, the credit union has two other advisors providing investment services.
“Michael is absolutely deserving of this award. He has been a steadfast and talented force in our industry,” said FSCU CEO David Bleazard. “We are so proud to have award-winning advisors and customer service champions like him leading our investment department, and we are glad to see his efforts honored in this way.”
A strong proponent of education, Alexander holds numerous licenses and certifications. He has his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) designations, in addition to his FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.
