Webster First Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotions of Felicia Dieppa to Vice President and Megan Barnes to Assistant Vice President of their Loan Center.
Felicia Dieppa joined Webster First in 2006 as a Teller. Since then, she has worked in eight different roles across the organization, making her extremely experienced in both front and back-end operations. Dieppa was heavily involved in the development of the credit union’s new Loan Center in 2022, earning her a promotion to Assistant Vice President. In her new role as Vice President of the Loan Center, she will continue to oversee the operations of the Credit Union's largest retail division and drive its ongoing success.
Megan Barnes also joined Webster First in 2006 as a Teller. Like Dieppa, she has a broad range of experience, having worked in various roles across our branches and operations center. Barnes has been working alongside Dieppa in the Loan Center since 2022. She has been promoted from her position as Assistant Manager to Assistant Vice President of the Loan Center.
