Xtend owners re-elect two Board Directors

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (June 30, 2015) — At its recently held 2015 Annual Stockholders Meeting, owners of Xtend, Inc., a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, re-elected two credit union leaders to its nine-member Board of Directors. David Keim, CEO of $37M Western Districts Members Credit Union, and Brian Turmell, CEO of $95M AAC Credit Union were elected to serve three-year terms starting on October 1st, 2015.

Xtend President Scott Collins commented, “Both David and Brian have been adamant supporters of our CUSO for many years and I am very pleased that they wanted to continue to serve their credit union peers on our Board for another term. I look forward to three more years of working with both gentlemen as we continue to build our CUSO together.”
