“I’m excited to help grow our footprint in Kentucky in a way that feels authentic to the communities we serve,” Arterburn said. “There’s so much opportunity here, and I’m looking forward to being part of that momentum.”
Carrie Crawford Appointed Director of Commercial Deposits & Treasury Services
Crawford brings deep expertise in commercial deposit solutions and will collaborate across departments to strengthen treasury services, enhance branch support, and develop video‑based education for commercial products.
“Commercial members deserve solutions that are both strong and easy to use,” Crawford said. “I’m excited to help build offerings that make doing business with us even better.”
Kendall Polk Joins as Director of Commercial Development
Polk will partner with commercial lenders across Tennessee to drive growth in commercial lending and deposits. He has spent much of his career serving business clients across Sevier, Blount, and Knox counties.“I love helping businesses find the financial tools they need to thrive,” Polk said. “Tennessee has a strong, growing commercial market, and I’m thrilled to be part of the team that is helping shape what comes next.”
