Y-12 Federal Credit Union receives national recognition by winning CUNA’s Diamond Award
OAK RIDGE, TN (April 6, 2023) — Representatives from Y-12 Federal Credit Union (Y-12 FCU) returned last week from the 2023 Credit Union National Association’s (CUNA) Marketing and Business Development Council Conference with one of the industry’s top designations, a Diamond Award, in hand. Caroline Gemmell and Alicia Strange attended this year’s annual meeting in Orlando to accept the Direct Mail Campaign award on behalf of the Credit Union.
“It was an honor to hear our name called during the awards gala. Our team works incredibly hard to deliver our best work through collaborative efforts and creativity. We collectively embrace this achievement and will continue to deliver creative campaigns that empower members to live their best financial lives,” said Director of Marketing Caroline Gemmell.
The CUNA Councils describe Diamond Awards as the most prestigious annual credit union marketing competition The awards are designated annually to credit unions that exemplify the highest degree of creativity and successful marketplace results. The 2023 Diamond Awards consisted of 36 categories and hundreds of entries from credit unions across the nation. Y-12 FCU’s Diamond Award was in the direct mail single or series category.
