FORUM Credit Union recently placed fourteenth among large companies for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Best Places to Work. This marks the fourteenth consecutive year FORUM has received recognition on this list. Additionally, FORUM was the only financial institution to be recognized in the large company category.
On Wednesday, April 30th, 150 companies were honored at an awards dinner held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Honorees and rankings were determined through employer reports and a comprehensive, anonymous employee survey. The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process. Winners were selected from five categories: small companies between 15 and 34 U.S. employees; small-medium companies between 35 and 74 employees; medium companies between 75 and 249 employees; large companies between 250-999 employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more employees.
