Floridacentral Credit Union is proud to announce the appointment of Alexis De Jesus as its new Chief Lending Officer, SVP. With a proven track record in leadership, risk management, and strategic growth, De Jesus brings an innovative vision and extensive experience to the credit union’s executive team.
In this role, De Jesus will oversee all aspects of the credit union’s lending operations, including consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending portfolios. He will lead initiatives focused on credit quality, portfolio diversification, and the development of risk-based lending strategies that align with member needs and long term institutional goals.

De Jesus brings 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held senior leadership roles in retail branch operations, member experience and contact center. Prior to joining Floridacentral, De Jesus served as SVP, Orlando Market Operations at $2.8B Addition Financial Credit Union. His leadership philosophy is grounded in data-driven decision-making, accountability, and empowering teams to innovate with purpose. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach.
