Consumers Credit Union celebrated the ribbon cutting of its Lake Lansing location (2305 Lake Lansing Road) on Friday, May 9 marking another milestone in Consumers’ expansion within the Lansing market. The event was attended by select community members and representatives from the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce with food and beverages provided by partners LG Charcuterie and Peculiar Coffee Co.
“We are thrilled to officially celebrate the opening of our Lake Lansing office with the ribbon cutting ceremony,” said Lake Lansing Office Manager Austin Hawkins. “This office represents our commitment to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our members.”
The Lake Lansing office offers the full spectrum of Consumers’ services, including TellerPlus+ drive-thru and lobby technology, complimentary coffee bar, wireless banking stations and dedicated areas for loan and member services.
“This event is a testament to the strong support we’ve received from the community,” said Josh Pompey, regional manager of the Lansing market. “We look forward to continuing our growth and enhancing our services to meet the needs of our members.”
The Lake Lansing office is the fourth Consumers location in the market, and the credit union remains dedicated to continuing to seek out opportunities to support both personal and business needs in the Lansing community.
“I’m excited for this facility … and for everything happening in Eastwood,” said Lansing Mayor Andy Schor, who spoke at the event. “We’ve got folks who live in our neighborhoods who are going to do banking, who will appreciate the services that Consumers is going to offer.”
