Honor Credit Union announces 2025 Community Commitment Scholarship winners

Honor Credit Union is excited to announce the recipients of its 2025 Community Commitment  Scholarship program. Each year, this program honors Michigan high school seniors who go above and  beyond in their dedication to community service while also excelling academically. 

Through a blind selection process, twelve outstanding students have been chosen to receive a $2,500  scholarship to support their continued education. 

The 2025 recipients exemplify what it means to lead with purpose, serve others, and strive for  excellence. These are all values that align closely with Honor’s commitment to empowering youth and  building a brighter future for the areas it serves.

Originally  established in 1934 as Berrien Teachers Credit Union, Honor’s roots reflect a long-standing dedication to  supporting students and schools. That legacy continues today through initiatives like the Community  Commitment Scholarship, which recognizes and awards students who are passionate about learning and  giving back.
