SalesCU empowers seven credit unions nationwide with virtual intensive workshop

SalesCU is proud to announce the successful completion of its Credit Union Sales Intensive Workshops and Transformational Leadership trainings, held virtually from May 13-15, 2025. The event brought together 24 professionals from seven exceptional credit unions: UFirst FCU, Ascension CU, Park View FCU, United Savings CU, Northern Communities CU, First Community CU, and Hercules First FCU.

Led by senior sales trainer Chris Hokom, the three-day workshop delivered a dynamic learning experience focused on proven sales strategies, leadership development, and practical tools tailored for the credit union industry. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, collaborative exercises, and networking opportunities designed to foster both professional growth and inter-credit union connections.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Participants learned from SalesCU’s proven program design and takeaway tools, including the SURPASS Process Model, Loan Recapture Calculator, and advanced coaching methodologies.
  • Attendees made valuable new contacts and friendships within the credit union profession, strengthening the industry’s collaborative spirit.
