Firelands Federal Credit Union awards $17,000 in scholarships to area high school seniors

BELLEVUE, OH (June 12, 2025) |

As an advocate for continued education, the Firelands Federal Credit Union Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2025 Firelands FCU Scholarship Program. The following high school seniors were chosen based on community involvement, leadership, and academic achievement. 

Member Scholarships $1,500:  

  • Shayleigh Foreman - Margaretta HS 
  • Gabriel Dymond - Edison HS 
  • Zachary Rang - Edison HS 
  • Martin Schuster III - Wynford HS 
  • Raven Sharrock - Colonel Crawford HS 
  • Jack Stieber - Norwalk St. Paul - in honor of Ken Landoll, longtime Board member and volunteer 

Team Scholarships $1,500: 

  • Grace Kluding - Norwalk St. Paul 
  • Lilliana Reitzel - Norwalk HS 
  • Nolan Smith - Bellevue HS 

Ivan J. Garman Memorial Scholarship $2,000: 

  • Tyson Baptista - Bellevue HS 

Sponsored Scholarship $1,500: 

  • Firelands FCU Scholarship sponsored by Director William Kalfs, awarded to Kendall Naufzinger - Wynford HS
