“He’s led digital transformation inside some of the world’s most complex financial environments. With his leadership, we’re continuing our mission to give financial institutions the tools to compete, innovate, and lead.”

As Head of Strategic Partnerships, Berk will oversee the rollout of Nuron, BankSocial’s flagship platform that integrates real-time payments, digital asset management, and secure data intelligence through a unified institutional dashboard and customer-facing app.

“This isn’t just about modernizing banking—it’s about correcting it,” said Berk.
“BankSocial is building the platform we all wish we had 20 years ago. I’m excited to help bring that vision to life.”
