Members 1st Federal Credit Union honored as a Best-In-State Credit Union by Forbes and Statista

Enola, PA (June 17, 2025) |

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is thrilled to announce it has been  named one of Forbes and Statista’s 2025 Best-In-State Credit Unionsearning a place  on the list for the fifth year in a row.

This national recognition, presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., honors top-performing  credit unions nationwide based on direct feedback from consumers. Fewer than three  percent of credit unions nationwide earn this distinction, making the honor especially  meaningful as Members 1st celebrates its 75th anniversary this year.

“As we celebrate 75 years of serving our communities, this recognition is a meaningful  reminder of our purpose,” said Karen Roland, Chief Marketing Officer at Members 1st.  “Knowing that our members feel supported and valued means everything to us—that’s  what inspires and drives our work every single day.”

The rankings were determined through a survey of approximately 26,000 U.S.  consumers with checking or savings accounts at banks or credit unions nationwide.  Conducted between February 27 and March 26, 2025, the survey asked participants to  rate their financial institutions on factors like customer service, trust, digital and in person experiences, financial advice and fee transparency. Feedback from online  reviews was also considered in the selection process. This year, 228 credit unions  earned a spot on the 2025 list.

“Our members are the heart of everything we do,” said Michael Wilson, President &  CEO of Members 1st. “To be recognized based on their experiences and trust is truly  humbling. This award belongs to every associate who shows up each day to make a  difference.
