As part of its ongoing commitment to the communities it serves, Day Air Credit Union is proud to announce a transformational partnership with the Victory Project, a Dayton-based nonprofit dedicated to mentoring disengaged young men—and soon, young women—through education, entrepreneurship, and personal development. This initiative includes Day Air’s largest one-time donation to date, reflecting the credit union’s deep-rooted belief in investing in local organizations that create real impact in the Miami Valley.
After a thoughtful review of many deserving organizations, the Day Air team was overwhelmingly impressed by the Victory Project’s mission, outcomes, and the passion of its leadership. The Victory Project offers a rigorous and supportive environment where at-risk youth are empowered to break the cycle of poverty, discover their purpose, and develop into future leaders. The organization provides programming in workforce development, academic support, spiritual growth, and life skills—all within a structure that holds students accountable and celebrates their successes.

This new partnership goes beyond a financial contribution. Day Air associates will have the opportunity to give back through hands-on volunteer efforts at the Victory Project, from mentorship and career workshops to community improvement projects. Through these efforts, Day Air hopes to not only support the organization's immediate needs but also strengthen the foundation for future growth and success.
