A focus on Collaboration, Cooperation and Communication helps build a stronger CUSO and a stronger Credit Union
TruChoice FCU was grateful to receive the Randy Karnes Award for Excellence in Collaboration from Xtend at the recent Xtend Leadership Conference. The annual award is given to those who show a spirit of collaboration among peers and CUSOs. TruChoice has been partnering with Xtend since 2019, and over the years has continued to take advantage of new services, building strong relationships between the two organizations. When presented with the award, the CEO of Xtend said “TruChoice was selected because of their permeating spirit of collaboration and respectful, authentic, and cooperative discussion, followed by action.”
TruChoice has worked with Xtend on multiple services over the last 6 years. Most recently, they have worked closely with the Xtend Call Center Team, deepening the collaboration between the two organizations. With the Xtend team as their overflow call center, both groups have worked to ensure that members calling in have a seamless experience. With regular meetings, a clear and frequently updated ROE (rules of engagement) document, and open communication, TruChoice has prioritized a personalized and consistent member experience regardless of whether a member speaks with an internal employee or someone from Xtend.
Jessica Holland, VP of Member Experience, said when presented with the award, “I’m honored to accept this on behalf of our team, recognizing the incredible partnership we’ve built with Xtend. This achievement reflects the power of collaboration, shared vision, and a mutual commitment to excellence.”
