Titan CEO is pleased to announce Jeff Meshey, President and CEO of Desert Financial Credit Union, as a 2025 Phoenix Titan 100.
The Titan 100 program recognizes Phoenix’s Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry determined by criteria including demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Collectively, the 2025 Phoenix Titan 100 and their companies employ over 349,000 individuals and generate over $43 billion in annual revenues.
This year’s honorees will be published in a limited-edition Titan 100 book and profiled exclusively online. They will be honored at an awards ceremony on September 25, 2025, and will be given the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans.

Jeff Meshey has an expansive background in the financial services industry with experience working for commercial banks, savings banks and credit unions. He has been with Desert Financial Credit Union since 1994 and became CEO of the organization in 2017. During his tenure at the institution, total assets have grown more than twelvefold. Meshey has been recognized as a Titan 100 for the past three years, earning him a spot in the Titan 100 Hall of Fame this year.
