Members 1st Charitable Foundation awards $50,000 in grants during 2025 second funding cycle

The Members 1st Charitable Foundation is proud to announce the recipients of its second funding cycle of grants for 2025. As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities, the Foundation has awarded $50,000 in grant funding to 11 nonprofits that align with its mission of making stronger, healthier and more financially sound organizations.

“We are passionate about creating positive change and uplifting the communities we serve,” said Sara Firestone, Executive Director of the Members 1st Charitable Foundation. “This funding helps empower organizations that are making a real difference in the lives of individuals and families across our region. We look forward to the impact these partners will have in the months ahead.”

The following organizations have been selected to receive grants:

  • A New Tomorrow – Dauphin County, PA
  • Bloom for Women – Lehigh County, PA
  • Brethren Housing Association – Dauphin County, PA
  • Contact Helpline – Dauphin County, PA
  • Halifax Communities that Care – Dauphin County, PA
  • HDC MidAtlantic – Lancaster County, PA
  • Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley – Lehigh County, PA
  • Neurodiverse Network – Cumberland County, PA
  • Olivia’s House – York County, PA
  • Police Athletic League of Allentown – Lehigh County, PA
  • Reading Hospital Foundation – Berks County, PA

Grant recipients were selected for their dedication to advancing financial education, economic opportunity, youth development and overall community enrichment.
