First Northern Credit Union is pleased to welcome several new and returning individuals to their team.
Ashlon Goodman joins the credit union as Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager for the credit union’s Evanston branch at 1705 Sherman Avenue. Goodman comes to the credit union from Michigan, where she spent nearly 4 years with Michigan First Credit Union as well as a year with Bank of America. Her responsibilities include managing sales and service for staff at the Evanston office, as well as representing the credit union at various Evanston-area events and with local business partners.
The credit union is thrilled to welcome Yadi Vargas back in her new role as Business Development Manager. Vargas brings more than 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry to her role. She was most recently with Corporate America Family Credit Union as Branch Manager, and prior to that was with First Northern Credit Union for more than 7 years as a Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager.
Vargas is joined on the Business Development team by Chris Gould as Senior Business Development Representative. Gould has decades of experience in sales and service, most recently working alongside Vargas at Corporate America Family Credit Union as Business Development Officer.
Vargas and Gould are responsible for developing, growing and enhancing the credit union’s community and employer group relationships with businesses like ComEd, Exelon, Constellation, Northwestern Medicine, Northwestern University, and others. They will also represent the credit union at various events across northern Illinois.
