With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rebecca has built a career leading initiatives that connect people, purpose, and performance. She brings a deep understanding of credit union operations, a proven ability to navigate change, and a relentless focus on creating value for members.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Rebecca will lead enterprise-wide planning and execution, guiding cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational agility, elevate the member experience, and support the credit union’s long-term objectives. She will also oversee brand direction and strategic alignment, ensuring every initiative contributes to Trax’s mission and future vision.
