Trax Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Pavlich as Chief Operations Officer (COO). In this key executive role, Craig will lead the credit union’s operational strategy and service delivery functions, overseeing Branch Operations, Business Development, Payments, Fraud Management, and Card Services.
With more than 25 years of experience in the credit union industry, Craig has built a career grounded in operational excellence, leadership development, and a deep commitment to member service. He brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience managing teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering scalable growth across branch networks and service channels.
As Chief Operations Officer, Craig will lead efforts to elevate operational consistency, enhance service delivery, and support the credit union’s strategic expansion into new markets. He will also work cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment, process efficiency, and organizational readiness for long-term growth.
