Members 1st Federal Credit Union honored as Central  Penn College’s 2025 Business Partner of the Year

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is proud to be recognized as Central  Penn College’s 2025 Business Partner of the Year, honoring its dedication to student  success, workforce development and the Central Pennsylvania community. 

The credit union has developed a strong, multi-year partnership with Central Penn  College’s Center for Career Services and Development. Members 1st offers internships  to students, hires students for part-time and full-time roles and recruits graduates from a  variety of programs. Additionally, Members 1st actively participates in college recruiting  events and serves on the Center’s advisory council, helping guide its initiatives. 

In collaboration with the College’s Center for Workforce Excellence, Members 1st offers  associates exclusive, for-credit educational programs designed to support their  professional growth. The credit union also participates in Central Penn’s Partner  Program, which provides additional scholarships for associates utilizing the credit  union’s Tuition Reimbursement Program. This year, nine Members 1st associates are  enrolled at Central Penn College or taking advantage of tuition assistance.
