ORLANDO, FL (June 12, 2026) |
The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates concluded its ENGAGE 2026 Conference on Friday, June 12, in Orlando, Florida. The event welcomed more than 1,200 attendees and brought together credit union leaders, volunteers, professionals, and vendors from across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia for four days of collaboration, education, and innovation.
ENGAGE 2026 featured more than 30 educational sessions and hosted nearly 200 exhibit booths, creating a dynamic environment for learning, networking, and idea-sharing.
“What makes ENGAGE impactful is not just what’s presented on stage, but what happens in the conversations between sessions,” said Samantha A.M. Beeler, President of The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates. “Those connections are where ideas take shape and where real progress begins.”
The conference featured a dynamic lineup of speakers who brought insight, innovation, and real-world expertise to attendees. Among them was FC, a globally recognized ethical hacker and social engineer, who delivered a compelling perspective on cybersecurity and risk. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, FC challenged attendees to think differently about security, human behavior, and the evolving threats facing financial institutions. Additional sessions explored key topics including digital transformation, member experience, operational strategy, and the future of financial services.
ENGAGE 2026 also offered a range of interactive experiences designed to foster meaningful connections and collaboration. Attendees participated in roundtables for CEOs, executives, directors, and emerging professionals, as well as networking events including the LEVERAGE Networking After Dark welcome party. The exhibit hall provided opportunities to connect with industry partners and explore innovative solutions shaping the future of credit unions.
Attendees also participated in the Shark Tank session, where fintech companies showcased innovative solutions designed to enhance the member experience. Each company presented its technology, answered questions, and received real-time feedback before attendees voted on the solution with the greatest potential impact. The winning solution was Scamnetic, recognized by attendees for its potential to deliver meaningful impact for credit unions and their members.
A highlight of the conference was the CU4Kids’ Night of Miracles Gala, which brought attendees together in support of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The event featured live entertainment, a silent auction, and fundraising efforts that raised more than $1 million to support children’s health initiatives.
Advocacy remained a key focus throughout the conference, with dedicated sessions and meetings for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. Attendees engaged in discussions around legislative priorities and regulatory developments, strengthening alignment and collaboration across states to advance the credit union mission.
As ENGAGE 2026 comes to a close, The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates extends its appreciation to the sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees who contributed to the event’s success.
Planning is already underway for ENGAGE 2027, which will be held June 8–11, 2027, 2027, in Orlando, Florida.
