Each year, The Tampa Bay Times ranks the top work places in three different categories including large, midsize and small. In 2012, Grow Financial was ranked number 16 in the midsize category, in 2013 they were ranked number one in the large category and this year they have been ranked number one again for two consecutive years in a row. Rankings are based on six different workplace factors including: directions, execution, connection, my work, my manager, and my pay & benefits. Out of the six factors, Grow Financial scored the highest this year in direction.
