As newest member of the senior team, Wright brings 14 years of industry experience.
ST. PAUL, MN (January 30, 2015) – Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union announces the recent hire of Kristina M. Wright as its senior vice president of member experience. Wright brings 14 years of industry experience to the Affinity Plus leadership team, most recently working for the Minnesota Credit Union Network (MnCUN), the state’s credit union trade association, since 2000.
“As a member-owned financial cooperative, the experience that our members have with Affinity Plus is paramount,” said Dave Larson, president and CEO. “We are excited to establish this new role to further develop our organization’s strategy and uphold our commitment of excellence.

Most recently at MnCUN, Wright served as vice president – association services, where she managed the not-for-profit side of the organization, spearheaded membership initiatives, and oversaw its dues-supported services. Previously, she spent more than 10 years leading the communications department at MnCUN. In addition, Wright previously served as executive director of the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation from 2011-2014, which focuses on financial education initiatives and professional development opportunities; promotes the development of credit unions in Minnesota; and supports the greater social mission of the credit union movement.
As Affinity Plus’ newest SVP, Wright will focus strategy, communications and information that members, employees, partners and the media receive from the credit union – working to build and maintain a positive and productive relationship and image with members and the community. Wright will work to create a consistent focus on the member and drive the organization to work together for optimum member experience.
