MSUFCU announces new Business Services Managers

Bush Promoted to Business Services Manager, Porter to Business Services Assistant Manager

EAST LANSING, MI (February 9, 2015) — Patrick McPharlin, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSU Federal Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotions of Renee L. Bush to Business Services Manager and Franklin Porter Jr. to Business Services Assistant Manager.

Bush has been with MSUFCU since December 2013. She spent 10 years as a Customer Service Manager at TechSmith and was a Customer Service Manager at Ferrellgas prior to entering MSUFCU’s Management Development program and being hired as the Business Services Manager. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Marketing from Northwood University.

Porter began at the Credit Union in March 2014 and was also a member of MSUFCU’s Management Development Program. He received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Leo University. Porter is involved in the South Lansing Business Association, and is an assistant coach for East Lansing High School‘s Boys Varsity Basketball team.

McPharlin commented, “We are confident that Renee and Frank’s leadership will help to grow the Credit Union’s Business Services department and have a positive impact on their team and the community.”
