Envision Credit Union promote Maddox and Straker to key leadership roles

Envision Credit Union (Envision) is proud to announce the promotion of Hollie Maddox to Chief Operations Officer and Stephanie Straker to Chief Financial Officer following the approval from the Envision Credit Union Board of Directors.

“This is a time of record growth for our Credit Union, and I’m excited to promote Hollie and Stephanie into roles that will give them the opportunity to continue to lead the Credit Union,” said Darryl G. Worrell, President and CEO of Envision. “Both are true credit union advocates who care about our members and community.  Since my time at Envision, I have had the pleasure to see them develop professionally while playing pivotal roles in the implementation of our strategic vision.”

Hollie has been employed with Envision for over twenty-seven years leading the areas of Training, Marketing, Member Service and Lending. She is a graduate of Barry University and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA Program at the University of Florida with an anticipated graduation date of March 2018. In addition to leading functional areas, Hollie also sponsors the Credit Union’s School Involvement Program, where employees work directly with schools in our community. As Envision’s Chief Operations Officer, Hollie will continue to be an advocate for the members while ensuring sound operations and service.

During Stephanie’s thirteen year tenure, she has held key leadership roles in Member Services, Account Operations, Card Services, Accounting and Finance. Stephanie is a graduate of Florida State University with degrees in both Accounting and Finance. She earned her Certified Public Accountant designation in 2014. Stephanie also sponsors the Credit Union’s e-Team, which is a team of employees that help engage and motivate the Envision team by planning and executing employee activities during the year. As the Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie will manage the risk, compliance and finances for the Credit Union.
