Elevations Credit Union announces the addition of three industry-leading Mortgage Loan Officers, Peggy Kramer, Kelley Spight and Jill Hartman, and a new Mortgage Sales Partner, Jason Oleskevich, to its team based in Windsor. Sabrina Nowling also joins as Northern Colorado VP of Business Development.
Peggy Kramer, a Fort Collins native, has been in the banking and mortgage industries since 2005. During that time, customer service has always been her top priority. She is an advocate for her clients and takes great pride in finding mortgage solutions for each of her customers, especially those with complex lending needs.
Kelley Spight has been in the financial industry for 38 years, with the last 20 specifically in mortgage lending. Her goal has always been to build lifelong trust and respect with her clients, and she truly enjoys helping families with their home financing needs.
Jill Hartman’s more than 15 years of experience in the industry, as well as her background in loan processing and closing, gives her a unique perspective on all aspects of the loan transaction. She particularly appreciates solving problems and provides individualized service to help every client find the right program for them.
Elevations also welcomes Jason Oleskevich as a new Mortgage Sales Partner. Jason is a very active member of the Northern Colorado community and spent 20 years as an educator for the Windsor School District.
“We’re excited to have Kramer, Spight, Hartman and Oleskevich join our Northern Colorado mortgage team,” said Elizabeth Million, Elevations Vice President of Mortgage Lending. “We’re committed to providing the best financial solutions to our members in all of the markets we serve, and we know our newest team members will be an instrumental part of providing that highest-quality service to our Northern Colorado members.”
Kramer, Spight, Hartman and Oleskevich will be based out of Elevations’ mortgage loan office at 4650 Royal Vista Circle in Windsor.
As VP of Business Development, Sabrina Nowling manages and supports Elevations’ Northern Colorado market development activities by working closely with retail banking, mortgage, commercial lending and small business banking teams to drive revenue and grow market share. By creating strategic partnerships, she helps generate new business opportunities and goodwill in the community. Nowling will be based out of Elevations’ new Fort Collins Midtown branch located at 2025 S. College Avenue.
“Adding Sabrina to our team allows us to further deepen our commitment to Fort Collins and to continue to drive growth in the Fort Collins market,” said Bryan Watkins, Elevations Northern Colorado Market President. “We know that we must earn the right to call a place home, and Sabrina’s involvement in the Northern Colorado community will help us achieve that goal.”
