Security Service Federal Credit Union has promoted Greg Reed to Senior Vice President of Member Service where he will be responsible for branch operations, member experience and employee development in Texas, Colorado and Utah.

Greg Reed has served the credit union since 2011 in the roles of Vice President of Member Service for the Mountain West Region, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Member Service for the Mountain West Region. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University-Idaho and an M.B.A. from Idaho State University. As part of this promotion, Reed will relocate from Salt Lake City, Utah to Security Service Federal Credit Union’s headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.
