Municipal Credit Union (MCU) has launched a new corporate apparel line for its branch and member-facing staff. The unified apparel, designed in-house in collaboration with ICO Uniforms, was modeled after the institution’s motto of “Strong, Trusted, Growing”. The ‘M Signature’ corporate apparel line provides a more consistent look amongst all frontline staff and symbolizes MCU’s continued efforts to enhance the member experience.
“The ‘M-Signature’ MCU corporate clothing line is the next step in our long-term branding strategy," said MCU EVP of Human Resources/Labor Relations Kim Thompson. “By outfitting our team in well-designed and well-branded corporate wear, our employees and members will feel more connected to MCU and our mission and vision. We anticipate higher employee morale and member satisfaction as a result of our corporate clothing launch, and are excited for this next phase in MCU’s organizational growth.”
The apparel line includes M-Signature branded men’s and women’s suits, long-sleeve and short-sleeve dress and polo shirts, skirts, chinos, and accessory items such as ties, scarves, and lapel pins. The versatility of the apparel line reflects MCU’s commitment to service excellence and the diversity of the staff, membership and community in which MCU serves. All MCU branch and member-facing staff received an initial wardrobe package that corresponds with their work roles and responsibilities, helping employees save money on corporate dress.
