Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union had recent promotions and new hires of note

Kevin Kirk is now Employee Development Manager after serving as Employment Development Specialist. Kirk works with branch staff, the call center and other departments to coach team members in member service and sales technique. The University of Southern Indiana graduate had worked at First Federal Savings Bank in the Commercial Lending Department.

· Jedidiah (Jed) Medler is now BSA Officer and Fraud Department Manager. He is responsible for ensuring that ETFCU is in compliance with the Bank Secrey Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Medler has been in the financial industry since 2010, including a stint at Harding Shymanski & Company. He joined ETFCU in April 2017 as Fraud Prevention Coordinator.

· Kerrie Pennington is now Lending Training Manager after previously serving as Lending Training Specialist. Her primary duties are to coordinate training schedules for new hires. Pennington started with the credit union in 2006 as a teller. She is a graduate of Murray State University.

· Trevor Ray is now the Internal Audit Manager, after serving for two years as an Internal Auditor. The University of Evansville graduate earned his degree in Accounting.

· Tim Ethridge joined ETFCU as a Business Development Officer, focusing on community engagement. Ethridge formerly was executive editor of the Evansville Courier & Press newspaper. He serves on the Indiana Debate Commission and committees for the Evansville Men’s City Golf Tournament, Habitat for Humanity of Evansville, and the Hangers School Clothing Bank, among other groups.

· Lori Tevault joined ETFCU as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Tevault, a graduate of Castle High School, attended Indiana University and USI before pursuing a career in radio. After serving as a morning show co-host in Evansville, Fort Wayne and College Station, Texas, she spent four years as a Senior Collections Specialist for OneMain (formerly Springleaf).

· Shawn Meece joined ETFCU as the Mortgage Lending Training Coordinator. Meece graduated from USI with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He had worked for First Guaranty Mortgage.
