Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to welcome KimberlyStephensto its team as a mortgage loan originatorfor itsLansing/Okemos, Michiganmortgage office. She reports directly to Michael Thomas, LMCU’s Vice President of Regional Mortgage Production-Lansing.
Stephensattended the University of South Dakota and has since gained 15 years of experience as a mortgage lending professional. She worked for Charter Funding and Wells Fargo prior to joining LMCU. Stephens is a member of the Mid-Michigan Lenders Association (MMLA) and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) of Lansing, earning 2017 Strategic Partnerof the Year honors.
Stephens is excited to join LMCU’s new Lansing area mortgage office. “I love that LMCU is a credit union that really gives back to its members. The product line is clearly superior, and with no credit overlays. I have great relationships with local realtorsand I look forward to helping LMCU get traction in this new market.”
Aspart of a military family, Stephens was originally born in Japan, raised in South Dakota, but now calls the west side of Lansing home.
