The Servion Group Board of Directors announces annual reorganization

During the March Board of Directors meeting, The Servion Group (DBA of Servion, Inc.) held their annual reorganizational session. Servion is a Credit Union Service Organization owned by 59 credit unions and the Board of Directors is made up of CEOs from seven of those credit unions: David Boden of Hiway Federal Credit Union, Paul Dammann of United Educators Credit Union, Phillip Kopischke of SharePoint Credit Union, Patrick Pierce of City & County Credit Union, Doug Ralston of Centricity Credit Union, Tom Smith of TopLine Federal Credit Union, and Frank Weidner of Wings Financial Credit Union.

Officers selected during the reorganizational meeting for Servion, Inc., were Tom Smith as Chairman, David Boden as Vice Chairman, and Patrick Pierce as Secretary.

“I firmly believe that this organization provides real value to us owners and to our members,” said Smith. “It’s an honor to continue to serve as Chairman of this 30-year-old CUSO which is driven by service. We have delivered solutions over the years that have created a position of success for our many stakeholders and I’m excited to be a part of what our future holds.”

The Servion Group includes five business units; and while the Servion Mortgage business unit falls under the corporate name of Servion, Inc., the other four business units have their own respective sets of directors as follows:

Servion Title: Paul Dammann as Chairman, Frank Weidner, and Doug Ralston.

Servion Realty: Patrick Pierce as Chairman, Doug Ralston, and Paul Dammann.

Servion Financial Advisors: Phillip Kopischke as Chairman, David Boden, and Frank Weidner.

Servion Commercial Loan Resources: David Boden as Chairman, Patrick Pierce as Vice Chairman, Frank Weidner as Secretary, Doug Ralston, and Phillip Kopischke.
