“SDCCU applauds the individuals recognized at this year’s ‘Enough is Enough’ luncheon. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of San Diego County Crime Stoppers and all law enforcement for helping to keep San Diego safe,” said SDCCU President and CEO Teresa Halleck.
More than 350 people, including law enforcement and elected officials, business and civic leaders and citizens are expected to attend the 2018 “Enough is Enough” luncheon, happening April 5 at the DoubleTree Hotel, located at 7450 Hazard Center Dr. in Mission Valley.
The San Diego County Crime Stoppers is a citizen-run, non-profit organization that partners with citizens, the news media and law enforcement to solve crime. It was established in 1984 by a group of concerned citizens seeking a safer community. Over the past 30 years, Crime Stoppers has helped local law enforcement solve more than 4,700 crimes, including 126 homicides. Crime Stoppers’ proven strategies are simple; it operates an anonymous tip hotline, (888) 580-TIPS, where citizens can call with information on any felony crime or suspected criminal activity.
