The Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) held their Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday, April 11th during the CUAD Summit that took place at the Embassy Suites in Scottsdale, Arizona.
CUAD President/CEO Jeff Olson led the meeting that included 76 voting delegates representing 30 credit unions. Under the category of new business, this year were two board positions up for election.
North Dakota Division C, represented by Veronica Holweger, was unopposed. She has been duly elected for a third term. The Multi-State position had three candidates: Chad Bartosh, Railway CU; Sean Rinkenberger, First Community CU; and Keith Mantz, Capital CU. Rinkenberger earned the most votes.

1st Vice Chair CUAD - Melanie Stillwell, CEO Western Cooperative CU; Williston, ND.
2nd Vice Chair CUAD - Mary Connick, CEO Minuteman FCU; Rapid City, SD.
Dakota League Service Corp (Dakota LSC) Chair - Nick Woodard, United Savings CU; Fargo, ND.
1st Vice Chair Dakota LSC - Jeff Schmidt, COO Voyage FCU; Sioux Falls, SD.
2nd Vice Chair Dakota LSC - Sean Rinkenberger, CFO First Community CU, Jamestown, ND.
Secretary/Treasurer - Veronica Holweger, CEO Riverfork FCU; Grand Forks, ND.
