First Capital Federal Credit Union holds its 63rd Annual Membership Meeting!

On March 22, 2018, First Capital Federal Credit Union held its 63rd Annual Meeting at its headquarters located at 1601 Kenneth Road, York.  During the meeting, the Board of Directors discussed credit union business and then held an election.

This year we re-elected two incumbents – Mike Smyser, retired from Precision Custom Components (PCC), and Kevin Appnel, Executive Director of the York County Alliance of Learning.  We also appointed Sully Pinos, Director, Business Solutions & Innovation for York County Economic Alliance to the board; all for three-year terms.

Sadly, First Capital also said goodbye to Art Hendrix.  Art, who recently retired from PCC, resigned from the board after serving 12 years.
