OnPoint Community Credit Union was honored by the Credit Union National Association

OnPoint Community Credit Union was honored by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) with four 2018 Diamond Awards for excellence in marketing strategies and campaigns. The coveted CUNA Diamond Awards is the most prestigious annual credit union industry competition. This event recognizes and rewards the creative excellence and outstanding results of its entrants.

“Listening to our members, listening to the community, sharing our story and inviting others to be a part of OnPoint’s mission is what drives our marketing efforts,” said OnPoint Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer Stephen Owen. “We are honored to be recognized by CUNA for our efforts to engage OnPoint members and Oregon and Washington communities.”

In 2018, OnPoint won the top award in the following four categories:

Brand Awareness - “Stay Local. Bank Local” Bend, Oregon Awareness Campaign
The “Stay Local. Bank Local” campaign used SEM and digital ads to increase OnPoint’s brand awareness in Central Oregon.

Complete Campaign – OnPoint Brand Campaign
OnPoint’s brand campaign utilized online display, print, mobile and in-branch to create a seamless brand story and experience for OnPoint's audience, community and members.

Digital Advertising – OnPoint Digital Ads
This product-focused ad campaign used creative messaging and design in a way that increased engagement for users.

Commercial Video – OnPoint TV Ads: Coco Donuts and Russel and Taylor videos
These compelling, ‘real member’ stories increased brand exposure and promoted OnPoint’s business services and membership in an authentic style.
