Venues Parks & Arts and United Federal Credit Union officials to introduce new elements of Best. Week. Ever.

Best. Week. Ever. (BWE) presented by United Federal Credit Union will host a media event to introduce new elements of BWE that focus on community building within our city. This event will occur on Monday, May 14 at 1 p.m. at East Race Waterway, located at 126 N Niles Ave. Speakers include VPA Executive Director Aaron Perri, VPA Design & Media Specialist Danica Kulemeka, and United Federal Credit Union Indiana Market Vice President, Alysa Snell.

One of the main themes of BWE is bringing people together. VPA will share upcoming opportunities for community-building within our city and UFCU will announce an exciting record-breaking experience that has never happened before in South Bend. Additionally, VPA will be bringing together various groups of people who don’t normally go together and put them in a raft down the East Race. Rafters will include folks from the local news, students and principals, and characters from DC and Marvel.

Best. Week. Ever. presented by United Federal Credit Union is a weeklong celebration of culture, community, and progress. This event runs from May 28 to June 3 and takes place throughout South Bend. More information about the event can be found at www.bestweekever2018.com.
