United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Cadie Putnam to branch manager in UFCU’s Holland South, Mich., location at 1075 Washington Ave, Holland, MI 49423.
As branch manager, Putnam will be responsible for business development within the community, membership engagement and positive public relations. She will also be tasked with maintaining the performance of the branch.
Before being appointed to this position, Putnam served as assistant branch manager at the Holland North location since Dec. 2014, and before that role was a member service advisor at UFCU from May 2014 – December 2014. Before joining United Federal Credit Union, she held positions of increasing authority at Macatawa Bank, customer service manager from 2012 to 2014, marketing coordinator from 2011 to 2012, and customer service representative from 2009 to 2011. She was a marketing and communications assistant at Metro Health Hospital from 2008 to 2009.
Putnam has a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Grand Valley State University.
