Greg Ward to speak at Cusource Executive Round Table 2018

NewGround Canada President to discuss future credit union employee workspace, member experience

NewGround, a St. Louis-based experiential design firm, recently announced that NewGround Canada President Greg Ward will speak at the 2018 Cusource Executive Round Table event at the InterContinental Hotel in Toronto on Thursday, June 14 from 10:45 a.m. to noon

Greg’s session will outline the future workspace for credit union employees and the experience for members, detailing how branches should change for members and employees alike to be successful.

Credit unions will also share their plans for their Innovation Centres and various branch design concepts.
