First Capital Federal Credit Union has hired Katie Dethloff as its new Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending. Katie was born and raised in Maryland. Upon graduation, she attended Towson University where she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Economics.
Katie entered the financial services industry after college, working at Bank of America, Wells Fargo Financial, The Columbia Bank, and Fulton Bank over the last 13 years. During her career she has worked in various positions which have prepared her for this new role at First Capital. As the Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending, Katie is responsible for overseeing the lending operations within the organization.
On a personal note, Katie is married to TJ. They have two children, Rylee and Gage, ages 4 and 2. During her free time, Katie likes to be outside, whether it be swimming, gardening, or just playing at the park. She and her husband also love live music and try to make a couple concerts each year.
